then,

\(\frac{1}{2x} = \frac{1}{3y}\)

⇒ 3y = 2x

⇒ x/y = 3/2

⇒ x : y = 3 : 2

same as,

\(\frac{1}{3y} = \frac{1}{4z}\)

⇒ 3y = 4z

⇒ y/z = 4/3

⇒ y : z = 4 : 3
