UPSC Prelims Exam Analysis 2025:.The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is conducting the UPSC Civil Services Prelims on 25th May, 2025 in two sessions. The UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2025 is being conducted today, May 25, across various centers nationwide. The exam comprises two sessions: General Studies Paper I in the morning and CSAT Paper II in the afternoon. Authorities have implemented special arrangements, including early metro services and dedicated bus routes in select cities, to facilitate smooth transportation for aspirants. The UPSC Prelims 2025 GS Paper 1 was considered to be of moderate difficulty level with several questions being similar to the previous year's exam. The UPSC Prelims 2025 Question Paper for GS Paper 1 had almost similar subject wise distribution of questions as the last years. There were about 15 questions from History section of easy to moderate difficulty, while 2-3 questions were considered more challenging.
