Concept:

Kelvin-Plank gives the concept of heat engine hence, it is a conversion of heat into work. According to Kelvin-Planck statement of second law “It is impossible to construct a device (engine) operating in a cycle that will produce no effect other than extraction of heat from a single reservoir and convert all of it into work.”

Clausius statement: It is impossible to construct a system which will operate in a cycle, transfers heat from the low-temperature reservoir (or object) to the high-temperature reservoir (or object) without any external effect or work interaction with the surrounding.
