Conclusions:

I. Some G are A → Follow (As all A are G. So, as whole A comes in G therefore, it is definitely true)

II. Some G are M → Follow (As some M are G. So, as some part of M is common with G therefore it is definitely true)

III. All M are A → Does not follow (As all A are G and some M are G. So, it is possible but not definitely true)

∴ Here, Both conclusions I and II follows.

Hence, the correct answer is "Both conclusions I and II follows".
