The velocity ratio of belt drive with slip is given by

\(\frac{{{N_2}}}{{{N_1}}} = \frac{{{D_1}}}{{{D_2}}}\left( {1 - \frac{{{S}}}{{100}}} \right)\)

N1, D1, S1 = Speed diameter and the slip of the driver pulley

N2, D2, S2 = Speed diameter and the slip of the driven pulley
