There are three stages to the civilian selection process in the Territorial Army Exam. The first stage is the PIB, which is a written exam, followed by the interview, SSB, which is a personality test, and finally the medical. The various steps are described below.
Screening Test: Shortlisted candidates will be called to the relevant territorial army headquarters for a screening test, which will include a Preliminary Interview Board (PIB) and a written exam. The board will go over all of the key documents.

What is the Territorial Army Selection Process 2025?
Candidates whose application forms are found correct will be called for screening (written exam followed by interview only if passed in written exam) by a Preliminary Interview Board (PIB) by the respective Territorial Army Group Headquarters. Territorial Army Eligibility Criteria 2025
In the selection process of the Territorial Army recruitment, the eligibility criteria are the most important part before applying. Students who are not eligible for the Territorial Army exam will not be permitted to qualify in the recruitment process ahead. Territorial Army Written Test 2025
