\(\rm \cos A=\frac{7}{25}\) = Base/ Hypotenuse 

By Pythagorous Theorem 

B2 + P2 = H2

72 + P2 = 252

⇒ 625 - 49 = 576 = 24

⇒ tanA + cotA = 24/7 + 7/24 = 625/168
