\(\rm \cos A=\frac{7}{25}\) = Base/ Hypotenuse

By Pythagorous Theorem

B² + P² = H²

7² + P2 = 252

⇒ 625 - 49 = 576 = 24

⇒ tanA + cotA = 24/7 + 7/24 = 625/168

Hence, The Correct Answer is 625/168.
