Given:

A man facing South - East makes three turns of 90 degrees in the anticlockwise direction

Then two 45 degree turns in the clockwise direction.

 

Thus, the man is facing northwest direction, and as the hands are perpendicular to the face, therefore man's right hand is in the northeast direction with respect to him.
