The TS LAWCET 2025 notification is out! The TG LAWCET 2025 examination will be conducted online at test centers in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh on June 6, 2025. The Telangana Council of Higher Education, which was earlier known as TSCHE, has officially announced the dates for the exam and the hall ticket was also released on 31st May 2025. The exam was previously known as TS LAWCET, but now it will be called TG LAWCET.
TS LAWCET 2025 (Telangana Law Common Entrance Test) is state-level entrance tests by the Telangana Council of Higher Education, (TGCHE), to get admission in the 3 year and 5 years LLB programs offered by law colleges across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The Application Process has been started. The entrance exams were previously known as TS LAWCET but officially, the name has been changed to TS LAWCET. The TS LAWCET 2025 is going to be an online examination and is scheduled on June 6, 2025 and the admit card was released on 31st May 2025.

What is TS LAWCET?
The TS LAWCET exam is conducted on a state level by the Osmania University, Hyderabad on aid of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE), Hyderabad. How to Apply/Register For The TS LAWCET Exam 2025?
Application process is the first step of the TS LAWCET admission procedure. To make things easier for our readers, we have provided stepwise instructions to fill TS LAWCET application form that the candidates can follow.

TS LAWCET Eligibility Criteria 2025
The applicants will be given a chance to appear in the TS LAWCET exam only if they fit in the following eligibility criteria:

TS LAWCET 2025 Admission Process
The admission process through the TS LAWCET exam has been elucidated below:
- Online Application/Registration: The candidates can register online by filling in the application form from 1 March, 2025, it is available on the official website of TSCHE. The applicants who fulfill the eligibility criteria can apply through online mode.
- TS LAWCET Admit Card: After successful completion of the application/registration process, the applicants can download their admit cards from April 30, 2025 from the official website of TSCHE.
- Attempt the TS LAWCET exam: Now the candidates can take the TS LAWCET exam at their allotted test centers. The exam will be a CBT and must be finished in 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Result Declaration: Subsequent to the TS LAWCET exam, the candidates will have to download their individual scorecard from the official website. Tentative marks can be calculated with the help of the answer key released by the exam conducting board.
- Counseling and Seat Allocation round: The candidates who score higher than cut off marks will proceed to the counseling session. In the counseling session, the candidates will have to present requisite documents and seats will be allocated according to the rank of the candidate.

TS LAWCET Exam Pattern 2025
The TS LAWCET is a Computer Based Test (CBT) so the exam will contain Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Other salient features of the TS LAWCET exam are as follows:
- The test takers will be facilitated with 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete the exam.
- The question paper is divided into 3 sections.
- For every correct answer, one mark will be added to the total score of the candidate.
- Negative marking criteria will not be applied to the TS LAWCET exam.

TS LAWCET Hall Ticket 2025
The hall tickets will be made available on the official website of TSCHE from 31st May 2025. The admit card must be preserved by the candidates at all costs as it will contain all the important information like, exam center name and location, roll number etc.. The aspirants can follow the instructions listed below to download the hall ticket:
Step 1: Paste the following link in your browser - https://lawcet.tsche.ac.in
Step 2: Click on 'Download Hall Ticket' and a new tab will open up.
Step 3: On the hall ticket login window, enter your Registration number, Date of birth (in Day/Month/Year format),Qualifying exam hall ticket number as per the course requirement.
Step 4: Select the “Download Hall Ticket” button, and the hall ticket will appear on the screen
Step 5: Investigate the admit card for any discrepancies. Print out the hall ticket to carry to the exam center.
TS LAWCET 2025 Exam Center
The TS LAWCET exam was conducted in Telangana in 47 different exam centers. An important point for the candidates is to remember that jewelry, mobile phones, wallets, earphones/ headphones etc. are not allowed in the examination room. Hence, the candidates must not carry such items to the examination center.
TS LAWCET 2025 Answer Key/Response Key
Like other official particulars, the answer/response key will also be released on the official website of TSCHE. Using the TS LAWCET answer key, the candidates can estimate their approximate marks. TS LAWCET Cut Off 2025

TS LAWCET Counseling 2025
The shortlisted candidates will be called to the document verification centers. To be considered for the counseling and seat allotment procedure, the candidates must be able to score higher than the cut off marks as stated above. Steps for the counseling round include:
Step 1: Shortlisted candidates have to visit the allotted counseling centers for certificate verification as scheduled on the basis of their ranks.
Step 2: The candidates should carry the original as well as copies of their certificates for document verification.
Step 3: Once the documents have been verified by the concerned authorities, the candidates will be provided with the ‘Receipt of Certificate’.
Step 4: Candidates have to fill in the option entry process for selecting the law colleges from the list.
Step 5: Applicants need to verify their mobile number, caste category, local area, gender, minority, parental income, special category, date of birth, eligible degree, specialization and other details as mentioned on receipt of certificates for web-counseling.
Step 6: Log in to your TS LAWCET 2025 hall ticket number and rank (the internet facility for web-counseling will also be available at the counseling centers). Enter the OTP sent on the registered number to verify it.
Step 7: Applicants will now have to report at their allotted colleges before the last date mentioned in their provisional seat allotment letter and along with the original documents.
TS LAWCET 2025 Result
The TS LAWCET result was published on the official website of TSCHE. For the merit list ranking criteria, the candidates will be ranked in the order of merit based on the marks obtained in the TS LAWCET exam. To resolve tie breaking scenarios, the relative rank will be decided as mentioned below.
(i) By considering the marks secured in Part-C of TS LAWCET and if the tie still persists marks obtained in Part-B in TS LAWCET shall be taken into consideration by the concerned authorities.
(ii) If the tie still persists they may be bracketed together for the purpose of ranking and seniority in age will be considered during the admission process.
