The PGIMER Result 2022 has already been released by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi. The Institute of National Importance Common Entrance Test (INI CET) is conducted by the AIIMS, Delhi to provide admissions to various PG courses such as MD/MS/MCh/DM/MDS into various Institutes of National Importance including the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh. The authorities will release the PGIMER Exam result 2022 on 14 May 2022 for the July session on the official website of AIIMS, Delhi.

PGIMER Result 2022 Date and Time

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi has announced the PGIMER 2022 Result on 14 May for various PG courses. The Institute of National Importance Common Entrance Test (INI CET) is conducted by the AIIMS, Delhi to provide admissions into the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh. To view and download the INI CET Result, the candidates will have to visit the official website of AIIMS. The candidates are free to download PDFs and directly print the result from the official website. AIIMS won’t post/send the scorecards to the candidates individually.

How to Check PGIMER 2022 Result?

Candidates can check their PGIMER Result 2022 from the official website of AIIMS. To download the results follow the following steps:

Step 1: Go to the Official Website. 

Step 2: Locate and click on the ‘Academic Courses’ tab.

Step 3: Select the ‘Results’ link.

Step 4: Locate and click on the notification saying “Percentile Secured by the Candidates of INI CET COURSES [MD/MS/MCh (6YRS)/DM (6YRS)/MDS] July 2022 Session”

Step 5: Log in by using your registration ID and password.

Step 6: Finally, the INI CET Result will be shown on your screen.

Step 7: The candidates are advised to download and take a printout of the same.

PGIMER Result 2022 - Rank List

The PGIMER Rank List helps students to identify the institute’s accepting candidates with their specified ranks and marks. It gives candidates clarity regarding their admission status. To pass the PGIMER exam, a candidate must secure at least 55% marks. Based on the marks obtained by the candidates, the merit list will be prepared by AIIMS, Delhi.

Candidates who will have their names on the PGIMER Rank List 2022 will be the ones who have been shortlisted for admission based on their performance in the exam. The Rank List will be released in PDF format, and the applicants can check their roll number mentioned on the merit list available on the official website.

Tie-Breaking Rule for PGIMER 2022 Result

In case of two or more candidates score the same marks, the authorities have decided on a tie-breaking policy that is as follows:

• An up-and-comer who will get better grades than others will be thought of first. 
• The candidate who has obtained less negative marking will be preferred.
• If the tie remains, the candidate who is older than the others will be given preference.
