NIFT Exam Date 2025: Know Important Dates Here!

The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) has released the important NIFT exam date 2025 and other related information regarding the NIFT examination. The NIFT conducts entrance tests yearly for all the UG and PG courses. The candidates are selected as per their performance in NIFT exam. The prospectus on the official website of NIFT lists all the essential details regarding the examination.

NIFT Exam Dates 2025

The NIFT Exam Dates 2025 are crucial for candidates to plan and prepare for the admission process effectively. These dates include the schedule for the written tests, admit card release, and other key events.

NIFT Application Form Release Date 2025

The NIFT released the Application Form for the NIFT entrance exam 2025 on their official website on the 22nd of November 2024. The candidates can apply for various undergraduate programmes: B.Des. (Fashion Design), B.Des. (Leather Design), B.Des. (Accessory Design), B.Des. (Textile Design), B.Des. (Knitwear Design), B.Des. (Fashion Communication), and, B.FTech. (Apparel Production), and postgraduate courses: M.Des. (Master of Design), M.F.M. (Master of Fashion Management), and M.FTech. (Master of Fashion Technology). The last date for submitting the application form is the 6th January, 2024. Extended date is given to the candidates, but only with an additional fee of five thousand rupees. 

NIFT 2025 Application Form Correction Window Date

Candidates can edit or change the details provided in the application form till they have done the payment. After the application submission and payment of the application fee, no editing can be done on the application form. Apart from this, the candidates are given another chance to edit their personal information alone. The editing option will only be given to the personal information section during this process. The candidates can change no other information in the application process.

NIFT Exam Admit Card Date 2025

The admit card is an important document regarding the NIFT exam. The absence of admit cards won’t be appreciated by the authorities. Candidates who do not have a copy of the admit card will not be admitted to the examination center and thus, will not be able to write the exam. The NIFT Exam admit card for each candidate will soon be available on the official website. The candidates are instructed to log in with their credentials on the official website and download the admit cards. They should carry the admit card to the examination centre.

NIFT Exam Date 2025

The entrance examination for the various UG and PG programmes will be conducted on the 9th of February, 2025. All the candidates should write an entrance examination for their admission to the NIFT. The entrance examination alone doesn’t complete the admission process. There are various other stages that the candidate should complete. The entrance examination includes two components: The Creative Ability Test (CAT) and General Ability Test (GAT). The candidates who choose the B.Des and M.Des have to write the exam comprising both CAT and GAT. The B.FTech, M.F.M., and M.FTech candidates have to write the exam consisting of GAT. 

NIFT Exam 2025 Answer Key Date

The candidates can take the question paper with them once the examinations are complete. The Institute will release the NIFT Exam answer key to the questions on the official website shortly after the NIFT 2025 exam date. Following this, the candidates can check the answers. The candidates can even object to an answer given by the NIFT if needed. This can be done with a payment of Rs. 500/- per observation. The candidates can object to the answers only through the official website. Otherwise, the objection won’t be considered. 

NIFT Exam Result Date 2025

The results of the written entrance examination (round-1) of the NIFT will be released on the official website. The NIFT Exam results will be released soon. The candidates can log in to the online admission portal with their credentials and check their results. NIFT Counselling 2025

Counselling sessions will be held for successful candidates. These sessions are held in many rounds and thus will allot seats for the candidates. The dates for the counselling for the successful candidates will be released after results are announced.
