The Madras High Court Recruitment comprises of a three-stage selection process ie.
Written examination - The written examination is the first stage of the selection process in which objective type and descriptive type both types of questions will be asked. This test is common for all the posts and is qualifying in nature.
Skill test - Shorthand skill test will be conducted in which typing test will be conducted, candidates who will clear this stage of the selection process will be called for the next stage of the selection process
Oral test -The oral test is the final round of the selection process in which candidates The object of the Oral Test is to assess the suitability of the candidates by judging their language skills, vocabulary, mental alertness, skills, attitude, ethics, character; grasping power, expertise in computer skills etc.
