  • Recognition at Two Levels: The scheme offers recognition at both the state and district levels. Employees can receive awards for their exceptional work at either of these levels. State-level awards are presented to employees or teams of employees who have demonstrated exemplary governance practices. District-level awards recognize contributions at the local level.
  • Cash Prizes: The awards come with cash prizes to appreciate and motivate the recipients further. There are different prize amounts for the first, second, and third positions at both the state and district levels. The first prize at the state level carries a reward of Rs 51,000, the second prize Rs 31,000, and the third prize Rs 21,000. Similarly, at the district level, the first prize is Rs 31,000, the second prize Rs 21,000, and the third prize Rs 11,000.
  • Trophy and Certificate: In addition to cash prizes, awardees receive a trophy as a symbol of their achievement. They also receive a certificate of appreciation signed by the Chief Minister, which becomes a part of the recipient's service record.
