24th November 2023: Haryana ADA Subject Knowledge Test Result Out

The HPSC has announced the Haryana ADA Result 2023 for the Subject Knowledge Test round held back on 1st October 2023. Candidates whose roll numbers have been shortlisted in this Haryana ADA SKT Result PDF 2023 will be eligible to appear for the next Interview round.

Haryana ADA Vacancy 2023

HPSC has announced 112 vacancies for HPSC Assistant District Attorney recruitment 2023 in the Prosecution Department Haryana. The highest vacancy is for General category candidates i.e. 54 vacancies. Look at the table below for the category-wise vacancies.

Haryana ADA Eligibility Criteria 2023

Candidates willing to apply for the position of HPSC ADA must fufill all the essential eligibility criteria to be considered for this position.

Educational Qualification

• Degree of Bacheolor of Laws (Professional) of a recognized University. 
• Should have enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council. 
• Knowledge of Hindi or Sanskrit upto Matric standard.

Age Limit

• Lower Age Limit - 21 years
• Upper Age Limit - 42 years
• The closing date for the eligibility is 28th March 2023.

Nationality

• a citizen of India,or
• a silbject of Nepal,or 
• a subject of Bhutan,or 
• a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or 
• a person of Indian origin who has rnigrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India'

Haryana ADA 2023 Selection Process

The Board has released the official Haryana ADA selection process which comprises the following stages-

• Stage 1: Screening Test
• Stage 2: Subject-Knowledge Test
• Stage 3: Interview

Candidates shortlisted in these exam stages will have to appear for a Document Verification round. 

How To Apply For Haryana ADA 2023?

The application is reopened so candidates can apply online for the HPSC Assistant District Attorney from 30th May 2023 to 5th June 2023. Check out the steps mentioned below to apply for Haryana ADA.

Step 1: Visit the website given above to start your online application.

Step 2: Click on “HPSC Assistant District Attorney 2023” and then click on “Apply Online”

Step 3: Register with the necessary details, validate, save and move forward.

Step 4: Fill in your necessary educational qualifications and the post you want to apply for.

Step 5: Upload your photo and relevant documents. You can use the Testbook cropping tool to edit your image.

Step 6: Verify all the filled details before making the payment of application fees.

Step 7: Complete the final submission and move to the payment gateway

Step 8: Pay the application fee and the save the payment receipt for further use.

Step 9: Download and print the application form for future reference.

Application Fee

As per the official announcement, the Haryana ADA Exam Pattern 2023 consists of three stages. However, it must be confirmed that the final merit list will be prepared on the basis of second & third stages. Let’s check out the stage-wise Haryana ADA 2023 Exam Pattern below. 

Stage 1: Screening Test

It is the first stage of the Haryana ADA exam pattern 2023 that is qualifying in nature. The marks obtained by aspirants in this stage will not be counted in the final merit list as it’s only meant for shortlisting category-wise candidates. Let’s check out the detailed exam pattern below. 

Note -

• A total of 100 MCQs will be asked (80% from Law Subjects & 20% from remaining topics)
• All questions carry equal marks. 
• The total exam duration is 120 minutes.
• Each question will carry 5 options. If any candidate wants to leave the question unattempted, he/she will tick the 5th option.
• 1/4th mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
• 1/4th mark will also be deducted in cases where the candidate has not marked the 5th option after leaving the question unattempted.
• The question paper will be set in English only. 
• Candidates must secure a minimum of 25% marks (i.e., 25 out of 100) to qualify for this stage.
• Aspirants four times the number of vacancies (category-wise) will be called for the next round, provided they have secured minimum 25% cut off marks. 

Stage 2: Subject-Knowledge Test

The detailed Haryana ADA exam pattern for this stage is detailed below. No aspirants will be eligible for the next and final round without securing a minimum of 35% marks in this Subject-Knowledge Test. 

Note -

• The paper will be subjective-type.
• A total of 150 questions will be asked. 
• The total exam duration is 180 minutes.
• No candidates will be allowed to appear for the Interview without securing at least 35% marks (i.e., 97.5 out of 150) in this stage.
• The weightage of this stage will be 87.5% in counting final merit. 
• The question paper will be set in English only. 

Stage 3: Interview

Candidates who get shortlisted with the minimum Haryana ADA Cut Off in second stage will be called for the final Interview round. 12.5% weightage will be considered from this stage for final merit. Thus, candidates must note that the final merit list will be prepared in the following manner -

Stage 2 Marks + Stage 3 Marks = Final Merit List
