Step 1: Online Registration 

The candidates have to register themselves on the official website of AP POLYCET to be eligible for the Counselling process. Step 2: Uploading of certificates 

The candidates have to upload their documents online. The following documents must be uploaded in a PDF form- 

• EWS Certificate valid for 2025-26 for eligible OC candidates.
• Caste certificate submission for BC/SC/ST candidates. 
• Income Certificate issued on or after 01.01.2018 to claim fee exemption. 
• Region of study details (AU, SUV etc) 

Step 3: Exercising Options

 Step 4: Seat Allotment

Candidates will be assigned seats in their preferred college based on their rank and available seats. If a candidate is not satisfied, they can participate in additional counselling rounds for seat upgradation.

To secure the allotted seat, candidates must pay the required admission fee. If any candidate's documents are found to be invalid, their candidacy will be revoked. The AP POLYCET counselling fee is INR 900/- for the General category candidates and INR 500/- for the candidates belonging to the SC/ST category.
