RITES Recruitment 2022: For the position of General Manager (Civil) on a Deputation Basis, Rail India Technical and Economic Services Private (RITES) Limited has issued an invitation to qualified, professionally experienced Indian Railways Service of Engineers (IRSE) officers to submit applications.

You can apply if you are one of the IRSE Officers who meets the requirements for General Manager (Civil), who could be spared in the event of selection in the RITES Limited. Such Candidates should submit their applications via a legitimate route approved by the department head or the Cadre Controlling Authority/Forwarding Authority. The General Manager position has one open position (Civil).

These Eligible Candidates intending to apply may submit via E-Mails (notified in the Later Part of this Information Bulletin) their Advance Copy/ies of respective Applications with No-Objection Certificate and all other Mandatory Certificates and documents and proceed for submission of the Duly Completed Applications as per the Instructions cited in RITES Recruitment 2022 Before or On 31st October 2022 (31.10.2022) post-issuance of RITES Limited Recruitment Advertisement 2022 being the Last Date.

*Note: i) Those IRSE Officers who have rendered/completed 18 Years’ Service in the Senior Administrative Grade (SAG)/Non-Functional Senior Administrative Grade (NFSAG)/Senior Grade (SG) are Eligible to apply.

Those Officers, who have been imposed Major/Minor Penalty during the Last 05 Years’ Services, are not Eligible to apply.

Modality of Applying:

Even as the Cadre Controlling Authority/Forwarding is accountable to forward the Applicant Candidate’s Duly completed Applications coupled with all the Documents including Detailed Curriculum Vitae and all other Essential Documents, in such case the Applicant may submit an Advance Copy of respective Application(s) in the Specimen Application Proforma within the notified Timeline.

Selection Criteria:

Selection for Engagement of the Eligible and Competent Officers shall be conducted through Personal Interview and other Parameters on a 100 Point Scale forming part of the scrutiny of the Applications received from the Candidates.

I) Educational Qualification and CV detailing the Length of the Service rendered: 25 Marks

II) Previous Work Experience and Domain Knowledge: 25 Marks

III) ACRs/APARs, D&AR and Vigilance Record: 25 Marks

IV) Candidate’s Potential and Overall Suitability to the Requirement: 25 Marks

Tenure of Engagement:

Engagement initially for 03 Years. However, Engagement remains Extendable until completion of the Assignment subject to Mutual Consent and Satisfactory Performance of the Incumbent.
