This is to be performed following the simplification of the domestic policy on the tourist allowance by the topmost officials. These allowances have not been paid since January. According to the existing the board travel guidelines, employees get Rs 15,000 daily during short term travel (up to four days travel) and Rs 10,000 during long term travel usually associated with the Indian premier league (IPL), the Women premier league (WPL) and the International Cricket Council (ICC) programs to be hosted in India. The single visit contingency allowance in conveyance was Rs 7500.

New Allowances
According to the newly revised policy, the casual allowance has been omitted and the benefit of committing Rs 10,000 per day shall be entailed by the workers during travel. The ICC tournament is as long as a month whereas the IPL is a tad over two months. According to the source BCCI, the of the daily allowance excluding the tax at source is Rs 6500.
Less travelling; Less allowance!
To be more precise, an employee travelling throughout his 70-day IPL will be entitled to receive a daily allowance of Rs 10,000 and a maximum claim of Rs 7 lakh. The claim will be restricted to 60 per cent of the allowance of 70 days in case a person is travelling less in the IPL and no claim is allowed beyond 40 per cent of 70 days if the person is not travelling at all.
Secretary, Board Chairman receives this amount of allowance
Most employees of BCCI earn an amount of $300 per day as far as foreign travels are concerned. President, secretary, treasurer, vice-president and joint secretary are entitles to take a daily allowance of $1000 when they are out on foreign tours as honorary officials. Simultaneously, they receive Rs 40,000 daily compensation rate in case of a one-day meeting in India and Rs 30,000 each day in case of several days domestic work trip.
