Bollywood diva Priyanka Chopra may soon be seen sharing the screen with Telugu superstar Allu Arjun in director Atlee’s next big film. As per the recent reports, Atlee is in contact with Priyanka to take on a important role in this project.
According to Pinkvilla reports, the film will be a ‘Parallel Universe’ story produced under banner of Sun Pictures. It is being billed as a massive venture and Allu Arjun is reportedly being paid a very high fees for his role. While fans initially speculated it might be a two-hero film, fresh updates suggest that Arjun will be the solo lead – but playing a dual role.
Allu Arjun’s Busy Line-Up
Allu Arjun was last seen in Pushpa 2: The Rule, where he portrayed his role as the fierce red sandalwood smuggler, Pushparaju. The sequel dives deeper into his rise as he faces even stronger rivalaries while expanding his empire. The film features Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead with Fahadh Faasil as the main villain in the film.
The speculations are not ending here only, Allu Arjun might reportedly reunite with director Trivikram Srinivas for their fourth collaboration. This time they both are rumoured to explore a mythological theme, with Arjun possibly playing the role of Lord Karthikeya.
However, no official announcement regarding all this has been made yet.
Priyanka’s South Cinema Leap
Meanwhile, Priyanka Chopra is reportedly also part of SSMB29, the upcoming big-budget project directed by SS Rajamouli, starring Mahesh Babu. The film is said to be a jungle-based adventure and also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran in a key role. With this, Priyanka seems to be making strong moves towards pan-Indian cinema once again.
